This 58-story luxury property in Chicago, completed in 2014, boasts unobstructed views of the river and lake. We were brought on mid-season to revamp the landscape, overhauling planters with fresh color. Later, we added three window boxes, replaced two streetside planters, and installed custom-sized entrance pots from Landscape Forms. The property includes two green roofs and garden spaces on the north and south-facing decks of the 28th and 29th floors, with unique challenges such as shade on north-side planters and high winds.
Our ongoing landscape maintenance includes four to five seasonal rotations with custom winter decor, featuring two large trees (one at 15 feet and the other at 12 feet) adorned with tailored decorations. To enhance curb appeal, we design site-specific seasonal colors that complement the building’s upscale aesthetic. Each summer, we install an herb garden on the 29th-floor grill deck, and comprehensive site irrigation ensures consistent care.
